What do I receive after purchase?
After a successful checkout, THE WZRD delivers the files included with the selected license and a license record/PDF for the purchase. Available files depend on the license tier and the beat.
Are licensed files tagged?
No. Public previews may contain the THE WZRD producer tag for protection, while licensed delivery files are provided according to the selected license without the repeating preview tag.
Licenses
What is the difference between Basic and Exclusive?
Basic is non-exclusive and the beat may continue to be licensed to other artists. Exclusive prevents new licenses from being sold after the exclusive purchase; valid licenses issued before that purchase remain valid.
Does Exclusive transfer all publishing or composition copyright?
No. Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, buying an Exclusive license does not automatically transfer THE WZRD's full copyright interest in the underlying composition. The license page shows the applicable publishing split and usage terms.
What are Stems?
Stems/trackouts are separated audio elements of the instrumental. Exclusive + Stems is only available when the stems package exists for that beat. If it is not ready, use Ask for Stems on the beat page.
Using a beat
Can I upload my song to Spotify, Apple Music or YouTube?
Commercial release and monetization depend on the license you purchase. Review the complete conditions shown on the beat page before checkout.
Do I need to credit the producer?
Where credit is required, use Prod. by The WZRD unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
