Digital products
Beat licenses and downloadable audio files are digital products delivered after successful payment. Once digital delivery has been successfully fulfilled, purchases are generally final except where applicable law requires otherwise.
When to contact us
Contact THE WZRD if you were charged more than once for the same intended order, received the wrong files/license, cannot access a valid paid download, or experienced another verified fulfillment error.
Refund effects
If a purchase is fully refunded, download access may be revoked. If the refunded purchase was the exclusive sale that marked a beat unavailable, the beat may become available again when appropriate.
