Storefront use
You may use the site to preview instrumentals, review licensing options and purchase eligible licenses or services. Do not interfere with the storefront, bypass access controls, misuse private delivery URLs or attempt unauthorized access to files.
Beat licenses
Each purchase is governed by the license terms presented for the selected tier at checkout and recorded with the order. Beat-specific license terms control over general storefront language if there is a conflict.
Exclusive sales
After a valid exclusive sale, THE WZRD stops granting new licenses for that beat. Licenses validly issued before the exclusive sale remain valid according to their original terms.
Intellectual property
Site branding, previews, artwork presentation and underlying compositions remain protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. A license grants the rights expressly described in that license and does not automatically transfer rights that are not stated.
Availability & errors
THE WZRD may correct technical errors, pricing display errors, unavailable inventory or fulfillment problems. A completed payment does not authorize use beyond the license actually issued for the order.
